Speaking on the topic: “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”, the master motivator shocked participants when he said ” Even if you are technically brilliant, you are not going to get ahead in life without some relational currency.
He emphatically stated that the way you break the glass ceiling is through relational currency.
Describing relational currency as more valuable than money itself, the UK Government’s Adviser maintained that once someone likes you, they are going to open doors for you that no man can shut. This, he called the Science of Favour.
The christian leader advised participants to build healthy relationship wherever they find themselves and nurture same for the future.

He went ahead to highlight features that aid in creating an attractive personality to include confidence, energy, enthusiasm, obsession, intelligence, integrity, a hobby and good communication.
